As a Senior Consultant within Lean Performance Management, you'll help unlock the successful delivery of some of the UK's largest and most ambitious infrastructure programmes. Working at the heart of major projects, you'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex delivery environments.

About The Opportunity

We're growing our Production Management team and have several exciting new opportunities available.

Our consultants help major programmes unlock better performance by improving planning, increasing collaboration, embedding lean thinking, and driving continuous improvement across integrated teams.

As a Senior Consultant within Lean Performance Management, you'll play a key role in helping project teams deliver successfully in complex environments.

You'll

  • Apply lean methodologies to improve project performance and delivery outcomes
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage differing priorities
  • Facilitate collaborative planning, problem-solving, and decision-making workshops
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive proactive solutions
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients
  • Build strong relationships across technical, commercial, and client organisations
  • Support governance, assurance, and performance reporting activities
  • Help create a culture of continuous improvement across project teams

Here's what you'll need

  • Experience working within large civil infrastructure, construction, programme, or project environments
  • Knowledge of lean delivery tools and techniques such as Collaborative Planning, Visual Management, and Last Planner®
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience using project and task management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Planner, or similar platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and reporting tools
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • The confidence to question existing approaches and identify better ways of working
