Your impact
Have you ever thought about stepping into the Energy and Power market? Curious how you could develop and apply your commercial skills in a fast‑growing, future‑focused sector? Our UK and Continental Europe team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support our design & build projects alongside key contractor clients. You’ll be joining a growing team delivering high‑profile, industry‑leading projects across the UK and beyond. In this role, you’ll shape commercial strategy, manage complex contracts, and collaborate closely with technical and project teams to drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of energy and power initiatives. From grid modernisation and renewable integration to major infrastructure upgrades, you’ll play a central role in projects that are powering the transition to a more sustainable and resilient energy system.
Responsibilities
- Shape commercial strategy for design & build projects in the energy and power sector
- Manage complex contracts and commercial interfaces with key contractor clients
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio
- Support projects from grid modernisation and renewable integration to infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, surveying or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or master’s in engineering) can be advantageous
- Project Management or Quantity Surveying experience with large-scale, complex electrical transmission projects
- Good commercial awareness
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of standard forms of contract, particularly NEC; FIDIC knowledge can be advantageous
- Previous experience within a similar role
