You will join Jacobs’ Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in the water sector, working on high‑profile projects across water and wastewater networks, treatment plants, and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to provide innovative and sustainable solutions in the design of water treatment plants, pumping stations, and distribution networks.
- Design wastewater treatment plants and drainage network assets to improve river quality.
- Design pressure and gravity pipelines.
- Design site layouts in markets such as water, data centres, and energy & power.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new water and wastewater assets, including regional transfer of water across the UK within the RAPID SRO programme.
Qualifications
- Be working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Be a flexible self‑starter keen to drive your career forward.
- Be adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
- Hold permanent right to work in the UK.
