About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage costs and contracts across high-security, significant projects from tender to close-out. Your responsibilities include planning, reporting, change control, and ensuring data accuracy, helping shape vital infrastructure outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on secure, long-term projects impacting UK infrastructure.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including procurement, contract negotiation, and final account closure.
- Collaborate with project teams, mentor colleagues, and shape commercial strategies.
- Operate within NEC contract management and subcontractor engagement frameworks.
- Guide operational teams on contracts, procurement, risks, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Project Controls for cost forecasting and reporting.
- Resolve commercial issues proactively and support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Finance, or Commerce.
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and contract law.
- Proven success in commercial roles within infrastructure or construction sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and eligibility for UK security clearance.
