Responsibilities
- Lead some of Jacobs’ largest opportunities within the UK and Ireland as part of the Energy & Power Sales Operations Team.
- Proactively manage proposals from opportunity assessment through submission, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate resilience, organization, and a proactive approach to winning work; work closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide leadership in strategic thinking and constructive challenge; oversee proposal development and delivery.
Qualifications
- Current or previous experience as a Proposal Manager or Senior Proposal Coordinator is essential.
- Proactive, highly organized, and resilient with a strong passion for winning work.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, excellent writing ability, and the drive to inspire others and deliver change.
- Internal candidates with operational insight are welcome; experience in operational sales is preferred.
