- Establish and enhance reporting and governance frameworks, delivering clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making and drive accountability.
- Foster a strong risk-aware culture, developing training initiatives and engagement programmes that build capability and embed best practice throughout the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders and project teams on major programme reviews, resource planning, and strategic decision-making, helping ensure successful delivery across complex project portfolios.

- A recognised risk qualification such as IRM Diploma, PMI-RMP, MoR Practitioner, APM Risk Practitioner, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA).
- Practical expertise using industry-leading risk tools such as Safran, Oracle PRA, @Risk, ARM, Predict, Risk Hive, or similar platforms.
- Experience developing, implementing, and continually improving risk frameworks, governance structures, and reporting processes.
- The confidence and credibility to engage, challenge, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related analytical discipline.
- Flexibility to travel as required and occasionally stay away from home overnight.
