About the Opportunity

Jacobs is world renowned in Programme Management and Construction Management services, renowned for delivering award-winning projects for both public and private sector clients. We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme management to join our team as a Productivity Manager - Supply Chain Optimisation. Reporting to the Head of the Performance & Improvement Capability, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in driving productivity improvements throughout the lifecycle of our major programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your experience and best practices across our client portfolio, helping to shape the future of Jacobs as well as having a major impact on the civil engineering industry.

Experience: Proven track record in Supply Chain management, preferably on large-scale, interrelated, highly technical projects. You'll have experience working across Tier 1, 2 & 3 suppliers to get the best efficiencies.

Sector Experience: Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, and construction supply chain and distribution, managing supply chains of major contracts or programmes.

Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of the latest thinking and best practices for Delivery Model design, Commercial strategies, and Supply Chain setup and incentivisation, including Project 13.

Skills: Familiarity with digital solutions and systems in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning), automation, and integration with other complex systems.

Operational Excellence: Proven experience in enabling Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) through Supply Chain alignment and continuous improvement.

Governance: Strong interpersonal, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Analytical Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills to track project performance, interpret reports, and drive informed evaluation.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR advanced industry-recognized project management certification combined with experience.

Certifications: Ideally, Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
