Your impact:
- In this “Outbound” Product Manager and Market Strategy role you will be a key part of our Global BeyondIF "Accelerator" – innovation and R&D program, managing the development of emerging Digital and Technology solutions across multiple markets and geographies from pilot through to scaling.
- Your remit and responsibilities will include:
- Leading voice-of-customer and voice-of-prospect interviews, consolidating results.
- Manage customer/prospect/market feedback and turning it into product specifications.
- Define key user stories, requirements management, writing specifications, prioritizing product and solution roadmap.
- Collaborate with global Digital, Technology and Engineering teams to facilitate delivery.
- Define and forecast total potential market, pricing, long-term costs and development requirements to ensure both commercial success, product investment and development.
- Develop and implement Product marketing (go to market) and value proposition strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across the Jacobs global business throughout the development, launch and ongoing delivery phases, maintaining clear, detailed communication, strategy, process and governance.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Demonstrable Product Management experience in enterprise/commercial software, AI and digital tools, market sizing and pricing.
- Extensive experience in managing and prioritizing the product development lifecycle and its paths to market, developing road maps, expediting bottlenecks, delivering milestones.
- Possess sound and demonstrable financial, commercial management and business planning experience.
- Proficient in the delivery of qualitative scoping and requirement management solutions with customers, partners and competitors.
- Track record in collaborating with teams and stakeholders (including c-suite) across multiple time zones.
- Able to make decisions quickly in a fast-changing and emerging environment.
- Experience in the delivery of Digital solutions to a market such as Transportation, Energy, Infrastructure or Utilities.
