We’re looking for a Programme Document Controller to take the lead on all things document management across a large, busy programme. You’ll set up and maintain our document control systems, support teams with best practice, and make sure everything is stored, named and shared exactly as it should be. From checking version control to prepping audit-ready records, you’ll keep everything on track. You’ll also create templates and procedures, run regular compliance reports, and help colleagues get confident with our tools and processes. If you enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and being the calm in the storm, you’ll feel right at home here. This role gives you the chance to take ownership of a programme-wide system, shape workflows, and grow your expertise in industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19650.

Required qualifications
- Solid experience in document control — ideally on big, complex projects or programmes
- Confidence using document management systems (like ProjectWise) and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19650 (bonus points for awareness of ISO 27001)
- Great attention to detail and a love for keeping things organised
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support others
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- The ability to stay calm, focused and efficient in an ever-changing environment
