Your impact: Jacobs is currently delivering and preparing a wide range of major programmes—both at procurement and construction stages—under the NEC suite of contracts. As part of this growth, we’re offering talented NEC Project Managers the chance to step into roles where their expertise genuinely shapes outcomes. Joining our Transportation Project Delivery team means being at the heart of some of the UK and Ireland’s most high‑profile highways and rail projects, influencing wider disciplines through our NEC Professional Services contracts and managing ECC and ESC types on behalf of clients.
In this role you will be the client’s key representative, ensuring projects run with clarity, collaboration and momentum. You’ll lead communication, keep decision‑making proactive, guide multidisciplinary teams, shape scope and contract documentation, and make judgments that keep delivery efficient and transparent.
Qualifications:
- Accredited NEC Project Manager (NECReg)
- Degree in engineering, construction or another built environment subject
- Proven, hands‑on project management experience on live construction sites
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on large (ÂŁ20 million) and complex construction projects in a regulated environment
- Ability to manage change and uncertainty while maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams
