Are you ready to lead the future of secure infrastructure across Europe? At Jacobs, we’re looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to head our OT & Security practice in Europe. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape strategy, grow capability and guide clients through the increasingly complex landscape of operational and cyber security across critical national infrastructure. From energy and water to transport and major infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in helping organisations deliver secure, resilient and future-ready systems. Leading a multidisciplinary team spanning OT engineering, cybersecurity and physical security, you’ll influence major programmes while building trusted, long-term client relationships. This is your opportunity to combine strategic leadership, commercial ownership and people development to make a tangible impact at scale.

What you’ll do:

  • As OT & Security Director, you will lead the growth and direction of our European practice while ensuring excellence in delivery and client engagement.
  • You’ll set the strategic vision for the team, identifying market opportunities and expanding our capabilities to meet evolving client needs across critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Alongside this, you’ll own the financial performance of the practice, driving sustainable growth and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Working closely with senior clients and stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor - supporting complex programmes, shaping solutions and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
  • Internally, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting the next generation of leaders as the business continues to grow.

Here's what you'll need

We’re looking for a well-rounded leader who blends commercial insight, delivery experience and strong people leadership:

  • Proven experience owning P&L, driving growth and setting strategy within a consultancy or similar environment.
  • A strong background in critical national infrastructure, or other complex, regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including managing senior leaders.
  • A collaborative, relationship-focused approach, with experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Experience in operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity is highly desirable, along with a broader understanding of security across IT and physical environments.
  • Equally important is your ability to influence, build partnerships and lead through others in a dynamic, growing business.

At Jacobs, we deliver solutions that matter. You’ll be trusted to lead with impact, shape strategy and build lasting partnerships, while being supported to grow both the business and your career. If you’re ready to play a defining role in the future of secure, resilient infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.
