Here’s what you’ll need:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered Engineer with relevant professional membership would be an advantage
- Strong experience in building structure design and specification to standards/regulations
- Proficient in structural analysis/design software (e.g., Robot, ETABS, SAFE) - advantageous
- Ability to conduct structural inspections and report defects
- Knowledge of multi-disciplinary design processes
