In this Quality Manager role, you will embed effective quality practices, reduce risk, strengthen governance, and improve delivery performance across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Embed quality management practices into the project lifecycle, from inception to closeout.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early, lead reviews and audits, and support root‑cause investigations.
  • Develop and maintain quality plans, assurance processes, and governance frameworks for programmes and projects.
  • Work with programme directors, project managers, technical directors, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen client confidence and deliver high standards.
  • Translate lessons learned and best practice into practical improvements that benefit future work.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering quality management within engineering, infrastructure, design, construction or related project environments.
  • Practical understanding of quality management systems and their application within projects and programmes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and experience applying quality management principles in complex delivery environments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience developing or supporting project quality plans, assurance activities or governance processes.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, including facilitation of investigations and identification of root causes.
