Your Impact

We are looking for a Product Owner to oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of design processes. As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for advancing a tool or set of tools through the product ideation and development lifecycle, while maintaining consistent scheduling, budgeting and performance tracking. This is a really exciting opportunity to have real business impact by driving improvements in delivery across the asset lifecycle to achieve better outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Oversee regular planning of tool backlog and roadmaps, with regular reporting on progress.
  • Ensure timely, budget‑compliant, and high‑quality delivery of the approved scope of work.
  • Identify and monitor dependencies, blockers and product risks.
  • Monitor Opex vs. Capex spending weekly and take corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Communications, Marketing and Adoption teams to facilitate product growth and communication.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Manager on resource forecasting and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate with the 3rd party vendors to manage scope, schedule and budget.
  • Adhere to Agile and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager of digital products/tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to report progress effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic problem solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, including Agile practices, DevOps, and product lifecycle management.
