Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver projects large and small, including major infrastructure programmes across energy & power, transportation, and water, contributing to work that positively impacts communities and transforms the built environment.
- Deliver early cost estimates, cost plans, and support budget management.
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement aligned to NEC principles, evaluate supplier capability, conduct negotiations, and provide accurate cost analysis.
- Apply measurement techniques, market factors, risk allowances and preliminaries to deliver value through cost engineering and commercial insight.
- Provide polished client‑facing communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
What You'll Need
- RICS or equivalent accredited degree in Quantity Surveying.
- MRICS Chartered status or actively working towards it.
- Experience in a consultancy environment with proven client‑facing exposure.
