In this role, you will be an integral part of the Water Catchment Management team, helping drive high‑profile dam and reservoir projects across multiple sectors in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Application of dam engineering in the delivery and design of solutions.
- Pre‑feasibility through to detailed design of a range of reservoir engineering schemes.
- Leading and mentoring colleagues and peers through their technical and professional development.
- Bringing together ideas and expertise from multi‑disciplinary teams to identify and develop sustainable solutions.
- Supporting strong ongoing client relationships, whilst contributing to a collaborative delivery approach.
- Work to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in dam and reservoir engineering.
- Ambition to become a Supervising Engineer under the Reservoirs Act 1975.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Motivation to deliver high‑quality products to programme.
- Commitment to professional and personal development of self and others.
- Chartered with the Institution of Civil Engineers or ability to demonstrate you are working at a chartered level.
