In this role, you will be an integral part of the Water Catchment Management team, helping drive high‑profile dam and reservoir projects across multiple sectors in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Application of dam engineering in the delivery and design of solutions.
  • Pre‑feasibility through to detailed design of a range of reservoir engineering schemes.
  • Leading and mentoring colleagues and peers through their technical and professional development.
  • Bringing together ideas and expertise from multi‑disciplinary teams to identify and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Supporting strong ongoing client relationships, whilst contributing to a collaborative delivery approach.
  • Work to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in dam and reservoir engineering.
  • Ambition to become a Supervising Engineer under the Reservoirs Act 1975.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Motivation to deliver high‑quality products to programme.
  • Commitment to professional and personal development of self and others.
  • Chartered with the Institution of Civil Engineers or ability to demonstrate you are working at a chartered level.
