As a key member of the Bridges & Structures team, you will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver value to our clients. Your work will support the transition to a solutions-focused provider through new technologies, lean methodologies, and digital delivery processes, with an emphasis on sustainability and decarbonisation. You will apply advanced technical expertise, leadership, and organisational skills to deliver innovative structural solutions across highways, rail, aviation, energy, and power sectors.
Responsibilities
- Work in multidisciplinary teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the preparation of contract documents and technical reports.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality services that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Champion innovation and diverse thinking to identify best-value solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to optimise resources and ensure efficient, successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- A desire to work toward chartership.
- Project management skills related to bridge design or other disciplines.
- Strong technical design and practical problem-solving skills.
