Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
  • Design and deliver soil surveys.
  • Prepare streamlined, high-quality reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Foster and develop relationships with clients, ensuring success and ongoing growth of market share.
  • Provide safety leadership aligned to our Beyond Zero values and culture of caring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Geography, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in soil science consultancy, including the delivery of surveys and reporting.
  • Proven track record in supporting infrastructure projects throughout their full life-cycle.
  • Solid understanding of best practice and relevant guidance in soil science.
  • Good digital data manipulation and assessment skills, including GIS expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Chartered or working towards Chartership.
