Jacobs is seeking an experienced NEC4 ECC Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in the Water & Environment business within the UK. The role involves delivering high‑value projects that support flood risk management, climate resilience, ecosystem protection, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients and act as the NEC4 ECC Project Manager, making clear, fair, and impartial contract decisions.
  • Manage early warnings, compensation events, programme acceptance, and instructions to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with contractors, designers, planners, and commercial teams; review programme detail (logic, float, critical path) to ensure robust plans.
  • Lead risk management activities, including risk reduction meetings and scope/works information development.
  • Oversee commercial performance to secure value for money, build strong client relationships, and lead key project meetings.
  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Accreditation as an NEC3/4 ECC Project Manager.
  • Recent experience administering NEC3/4 ECC contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or similar qualifications.
  • APM qualification or chartership (or working towards).

Desirable Skills
