Principal BIM Information Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how digital and information management is delivered across complex transportation projects. You will lead and influence best practice in BIM and Information Management, helping clients achieve better project outcomes through robust governance, high‑quality data, and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of BIM and Information Management delivery across multiple projects, overseeing the People, Process, Solutions, and Procurement functions to drive effective digital delivery and continuous improvement.
- You will take ownership of project information management activities, including establishing, controlling, and assuring the Common Data Environment (CDE) and its associated processes and procedures.
- You will verify the content and integrity of the Project Information Model, ensure strong information governance, maintain adherence to BIM standards and best practice, and collaborate closely with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Proven BIM / Information Management experience within transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Practical application of the UK BIM Framework and BS EN ISO 19650 series.
- Experience managing Project Information Models and Common Data Environments.
- Ability to develop and implement Information Management Protocols and Execution Plans.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project delivery teams.
Location
This role can be based across any of the listed UK hubs or our Dublin & Cork offices.
