Your impact: Are you ready to lead the future of secure infrastructure across Europe? We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to head our OT & Security practice in Europe. This pivotal role will shape strategy, grow capability and guide clients through the increasingly complex landscape of operational and cyber security across critical national infrastructure.

What You’ll Do: As OT & Security Director, you will lead the growth and direction of our European practice while ensuring excellence in delivery and client engagement. You’ll set a strategic vision, identify market opportunities and expand our capabilities to meet evolving client needs across critical infrastructure sectors. Own the financial performance of the practice, driving sustainable growth and strong commercial outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and stakeholders, supporting complex programmes, shaping solutions and ensuring successful delivery outcomes. Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting the next generation of leaders.

Here’s What You’ll Need: Proven experience owning P&L, driving growth and setting strategy within a consultancy or similar environment. A strong background in critical national infrastructure, or other complex, regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams, including managing senior leaders. A collaborative, relationship‑focused approach, with experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Experience in operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity is highly desirable, along with a broader understanding of security across IT and physical environments. Ability to influence, build partnerships and lead through others in a dynamic, growing business is essential.

Other Information: This is a full‑time, permanent role. Hybrid (2–3 days/week at office), flexible on location in the UK. The position will involve business travel across the UK & Europe. All Jacobs employees will require a BPSS check as part of the hiring process. In the future, this role may be subject to UK Security Vetting at SC (security check) level. Applicants must be eligible and willing to undergo the appropriate security clearance process if not already cleared.
