We're looking for an inspiring leader to help shape the future of our Information Management capability within Energy & Power. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and develop solutions that improve outcomes for clients, projects, and teams.
As the industry continues to evolve at pace, you'll play a key role in defining and delivering a capability roadmap that aligns with emerging technologies, market trends, and client needs. Working closely with Capability Leads across our Integrated Delivery team and reporting to the Capability Director, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the wider Energy & Power business.
We're seeking someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery experience. You'll bring experience in capability development, team leadership, ISO 19650 implementation, and the application of digital and emerging technologies to solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities for our clients.
At the heart of this role is people, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll help grow our capability, develop our talent, and build awareness of the value Information Management brings across the business. You'll work closely with colleagues across sectors and geographies to support learning and development, workforce planning, recruitment, and effective deployment of skills and expertise.
In this role, you will:

- Lead and deliver Information Management services and work packages, drawing on your expertise to support successful project outcomes.
- Act as an ambassador for the Information Management capability, promoting its value across Jacobs and with our clients.

- You will be an experienced people leader who can drive vision and purpose, with an inclusive and diverse global mindset, developing teams and driving accountability.
- Experience of how infrastructure project designs are successfully planned, segmented, and designed by complex multi-discipline teams leveraging the right tools and procedures and processes.
- You will have a vision of how we move forward, with a practical solution-orientated approach to allow for successful delivery.
- Experience of leading and developing individuals within a team or a project, including inspiring others to engage with new processes and ideas.
- Knowledge and experience applying ISO 19650.
- Acts as a role model and mentor to quality coordinators and project teams as required to grow the next generation of Information Managers.
