We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to oversee our digital consulting teams, drive the development and deployment of innovative solutions, and lead the advancement of our digital capabilities including data science, data engineering, and software development. This role, based in the UK, will require a strong and demonstrable commercial understanding of the digital consulting market and will be instrumental in shaping our digital transformation and AI advisory journey.

- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and inspire cross-functional digital and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital consulting strategy in Europe that is aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital consulting, innovation and transformation.
- Oversee and define use cases and deployment for AI advisory services in European end markets.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of emerging digital technology trends, particularly in generative AI.
- Guides enterprise-level architectural decisions, ensuring scalable and future-ready digital solutions.
- Champions adoption of cutting-edge digital tools, solutions and methodologies.
- Establishes and enforces technical standards, best practices and compliance frameworks across digital solutions.
- Anticipates and mitigates technical risks related to cyber security, scalability and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital application development, from ideation through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure agile and scalable development practices are in place to support rapid delivery and iteration.
- Implement governance frameworks for quality assurance, release management, and operational excellence.
- Build and manage high-performance teams in data science, data engineering, and software development.
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance digital capabilities.
- Ensure robust data architecture and engineering practices to support analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Lead digital transformation in Europe, advising clients on emerging technologies and strategies.
- Lead consulting services that help organizations leverage digital technologies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation across digital initiatives.
- Champion cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance across all digital platforms.
Proven experience leading teams in a complex, fast-paced environment is required, along with a background in software development, data engineering or data science. Candidates should have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams across digital and technical domains, and experience in developing and delivering commercial business plans in a digital consulting environment.
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics and drive alignment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Digital Strategy or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
