As an integral part of the delivery of both our existing portfolio of high profile projects and our strategic high value Design and Build Framework, you will have the platform and opportunity to really grow your career in the Water Industry. Working alongside Head of Discipline and Process Engineering Director, as the Process Lead for our Jacobs Framework team you will facilitate and promote the optimisation of the process engineering function of the Framework programme.
As the key point of contact across stakeholders, including: Customer, Design and Engineering; you will collaborate cross-programme to design, develop and implement initiatives focused on new methodologies, technical solutions, outputs and services across the Design, Build, Systems Integration, Process Improvement and Asset Management of Waste and Clean Water CAPEX programmes.
As the key interface across multi-disciplinary teams in this role your remit will include:
- Project Manage multi-disciplined teams, delivering excellence for our clients across all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Lead cross functional innovative Engineering and Technology initiatives, identifying and delivering opportunities to maximise Client value.
- Foster a partnership working relationship with Clients, Partners and Stakeholders.
- Facilitate the development of process flow diagrams and layout plans.
- Coordinate the selection of appropriate treatment technologies (e.g., MBR, SBR).
- Develop and implement corrective actions to restore optimal performance.
- Identify and disseminate key information across varying audiences.
- Mentor, coach and support both the skills and career development of colleagues and peers.

A Masters Degree or equivalent in Chemical or Environmental Engineering and Chartered Status (CEng) with a recognised Professional Institute would be beneficial.
