Your Impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in introducing new rolling stock or maintaining existing fleets.
  • Strong knowledge of rail vehicles and systems from experience with a consultant, manufacturer, operator, or infrastructure manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Understanding of modern rolling stock systems and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
  • Ability to lead tasks or work as a key team member, with strong customer focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with problem‑solving ability, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Degree/HNC or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar.
  • Ability to travel within the UK, Ireland, and internationally as required.
