Your impact
In this exciting and newly created opportunity you will join our Social Outcomes Equity and Health Team, a rapidly evolving and growing portfolio of solutions and services delivered across a range of sectors. As an Associate Director you will play a critical role in social impact social value, socio-economics, equity, ESG (social pillar), and impact analysis within major infrastructure and development projects, placing people at the heart of decision-making.
Helping create inclusive, equitable solutions that will improve lives and communities for generations to come your remit will include:
- Development and delivery of advanced methodologies to assess and enhance social outcomes.
- Foster a culture of partnership with all stakeholders (including C-suite) to ensure social transformation is embedded into strategic planning and delivery.
- Lead and inspire colleagues, peers and teams, developing an inclusive culture that champions innovation and excellence.
- Be a key contributor to strategic planning, delivery and thought leadership facilitating growth of both capability footprint and portfolio of solutions.
- Project Manage delivery of complex, high-impact projects.
- Ensure business development, bid no bid and contract wins are fully supported and in line with overarching business strategies.
What you’ll need
We would be delighted to hear from candidates who have a good blend of the following skills, experience, knowledge and attributes:
- Demonstrable track record in the development and delivery of advanced methodologies to assess and enhance social outcomes.
- Extensive experience in areas such as social value, social impact, skills and economic development, socioeconomics, ESG (social), health equity, or equity impact analysis.
- Well rounded project management delivery background.
- Exposure to both Government and Private sector initiatives and projects.
- Chartered status, or working towards Chartered.
