Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead finance business partnering support to the Division. This is a hybrid role, based in Knutsford, Warrington, or another office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of accounts at Divisional, Business, and PU levels
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements

Deliverables and Tasks:

  • Support performance and outlook reviews by preparing monthly management accounts and reports
  • Provide clear management information to support business decision-making
  • Coordinate forecasting exercises for future performance
  • Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Manage operational cash flow and working capital
  • Support commercial reviews and contract bidding

Continuous Improvement:

  • Enhance business processes for efficiency
  • Support integration activities
  • Ensure SOX compliance
  • Implement process improvements and ensure consistency in financial reporting across operations

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
  • Experience with systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, Office365
