Jacobs seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex water and environment infrastructure projects across the UK, working with clients such as the Environment Agency, local authorities, and water utilities. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered collaboratively, compliantly, and efficiently under NEC4 ECC frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Act as an impartial NEC4 ECC Project Manager, administering contracts and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage commercial and programme performance, lead risk management, and drive innovation and sustainability.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Administer NEC3/4 ECC contracts, ensuring compliance with NEC4 ECC and NEC4 PSC where applicable.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects within scope, time, cost, and quality.
Qualifications
- NEC3/4 ECC PM Accreditation.
- Proven experience administering NEC3/4 ECC contracts.
- Strong background in programme management, commercial delivery, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- APM Project Management Qualification; chartership of APM or other professional body preferred.
- Experience working with the Environment Agency, local authorities, or similar public sector clients.
- Some understanding of flood alleviation schemes advantageous.
