What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the South East, specifically for a major project in Essex.
  • Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance.
  • Working across both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases.
  • Producing cost estimates, forecasts and reports that drive decision‑making.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience.
  • Consultant level experience (not a fresh graduate) with experience in highways.
  • Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract estimating.
  • Exposure to consultancy environments or a mix of consultancy and contractor experience.
  • Understanding of cost intelligence and data‑driven cost management.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, question, and grow.
  • South East based (Essex or National Highways Schemes).
