What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the South East, specifically for a major project in Essex.
- Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance.
- Working across both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases.
- Producing cost estimates, forecasts and reports that drive decision‑making.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience.
- Consultant level experience (not a fresh graduate) with experience in highways.
- Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract estimating.
- Exposure to consultancy environments or a mix of consultancy and contractor experience.
- Understanding of cost intelligence and data‑driven cost management.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, question, and grow.
- South East based (Essex or National Highways Schemes).
