Electrical Engineer – Lead (Uk wide) You will join a team over 600 engineering and technical professionals responsible for the delivery an extensive portfolio of high value, high profile projects that will shape the future infrastructure of our water industry for generations to come. As an integral part of a multi-disciplinary, multi company delivery model, you will lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex innovative detail designs, project tasks and milestones for capex investment programmes across the Water industry including pumping stations, treatment plants, process engineering systems, control systems, distribution networks, transformers, switchgear, motor control centres and emergency power systems. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes, your remit will include; * The detailed design, specification, and delivery of safe, cost effect and innovative electrical solutions, that meet and exceed client requirements and industry standards. * Ensure constructability, commissioning, maintenance and reliability requirements are embedded into the design. * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions to contract-specific KPIs, on time and within budget. * Liaise with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams Develop and produce detailed electrical designs, drawings, and specifications. * Contribute to design management, scheduling, risk management, change control and financial forecasting. * Investigate and analyse existing assets – performance, reliability and maintainability developing and implementing improvements.
