Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for Electrical Designers to work as part of the Operations team at the Humber Facility, supporting various Frameworks and Projects across the UK. The role involves delivering design from conceptual phase through detailed design, manufacture, and site implementation, with a focus on innovation, safety, and value engineering.
The successful candidates will join a respected team working from our Humber Facility within Field Solutions, supporting the growth and sustainability of the performance unit. Responsibilities include developing design deliverables in accordance with British Standards and client specifications, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing engineering concepts with Electrical/Instrument Engineers and Project Managers.
- Creating scheme drawings per standards and specifications.
- Supporting client engineering teams and liaising with other disciplines.
- Managing project documentation and preparing drawings for review and meetings.
- Participating in HAZOPS and working independently as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Electrical/Instrument ONC or higher.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Amtech ProDesign.
- Knowledge of ATEX design/installation is a plus.
