About The Opportunity

We’ve secured long-term frameworks and programmes with leading clients including Uisce Éireann (Irish Water), Northern Ireland Water, and the Department for Infrastructure (DfI). That means stability, scale, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects that shape the future of water across the island of Ireland. As a Design / Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of major water and wastewater schemes using innovative delivery models, including Design & Build. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, cost and programme, and act as the trusted link between clients, regulators, contractors, and stakeholders. You’ll be part of our established and growing Water team, based across Dublin, Cork, and Belfast, within a business that genuinely values collaboration, inclusion, and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in design and/or project management of water, wastewater, flood management, or environmental projects (ideally within Ireland).
  • Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination and construction integration.
  • Experience with technical design coordination and/or Design & Build delivery.
  • Confident ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of CDM / SHWW Construction Regulations 2013 and statutory compliance.
  • APM qualification and professional membership (ICE, Engineers Ireland or equivalent) desirable.
