In this newly created exciting opportunity as Process Engineering Lead, you will gain the opportunity to take on a high‑profile client‑facing role, shaping, developing and implementing technical excellence, influencing best practices, and playing a pivotal role in delivering sustainable water solutions. Your remit will include:
- Provide technical leadership, advice and support to resolve issues and overcome obstacles across projects.
- Drive innovation by introducing new initiatives, challenging technical solutions, maximising Client value.
- Lead multi‑disciplined teams delivering excellence for our clients across all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Lead and optimise process engineering delivery across the Framework programme.
- Foster and continuously develop a partnership working relationship with our Client and JV partners.
- Mentor, coach and support personal and professional development of colleagues and peers.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- A progressive career leading multi-disciplinary Design teams within the water sector.
- Demonstrable track record in the development, engineering and delivery of innovative complex solutions.
- Chartered Ceng/IChem.
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders across all functional disciplines, skills and areas of expertise.
- Comfortable building professional relationships while fostering an inclusive environment.
- Excellent organisational and proactive planning skills, comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and meetings.
