Your impact

Have you ever thought about stepping into the Energy and Power market? Curious how you could develop and apply your commercial skills in a fast-growing, future-focused sector? Our UK and Continental Europe team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support our design & build projects alongside key contractor clients. You’ll be joining a growing team delivering high-profile, industry-leading projects across the UK and beyond. In this role, you’ll shape commercial strategy, manage complex contracts, and collaborate closely with technical and project teams to drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of energy and power initiatives. From grid modernisation and renewable integration to major infrastructure upgrades, you’ll play a central role in projects that are powering the transition to a more sustainable and resilient energy system.

Responsibilities

  • Shape commercial strategy for design & build projects in the energy and power sector
  • Manage complex contracts and commercial interfaces with key contractor clients
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio
  • Support projects from grid modernisation and renewable integration to infrastructure upgrades

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, surveying or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or master’s in engineering) can be advantageous
  • Project Management or Quantity Surveying experience with large-scale, complex electrical transmission projects
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of standard forms of contract, particularly NEC; FIDIC knowledge can be advantageous
  • Previous experience within a similar role
