We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Digital & Data team in Bristol, leading the charge in delivering high‑quality digital solutions across sectors such as water, transportation, defence, and government.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated and manual test solutions.
- Define testing requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and non‑functional testing activities.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider engineering community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with automation frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, functional testing techniques, and defect tracking systems.
- Expertise in writing clean, maintainable code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Additional Information
This role is subject to UK Security Vetting at SC (security check) level. Applicants must be willing to undergo the appropriate security clearance process if not already cleared. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory completion of the relevant clearance process. Full‑time, permanent, hybrid 2–3 days per week role based in Bristol, with occasional business travel across the UK.
