Are you passionate about delivering high‑quality digital solutions that make a real difference? At Jacobs, we’re looking for QA Engineers to join our Digital & Data team in Bristol. This is your chance to work at the intersection of engineering expertise and cutting‑edge technology, contributing to projects that span Rail, Aviation, Highways, Water, Energy, Power, Government, Security and Defence sectors.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing activities across digital platforms.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Experience with automation frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and functional testing techniques.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

This role is subject to UK Security Vetting at SC (security check) level. Applicants must be willing to undergo the appropriate security clearance process if not already cleared. If you’re successful in your application, we’ll ask you to undergo the relevant vetting process to achieve SC/DV clearance. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory completion of the relevant clearance process.

Full‑time, permanent, hybrid (2‑3 days/week) role based in Bristol, with occasional business travel across the UK. Full‑time employment is based on a 40‑hour working week.
