About The Opportunity

  • Work unsupervised with minimal direction and own the delivery for selected work packages to ensure on‑time delivery in line with project governance and assurance requirements.
  • Co‑ordinate teams; manage priorities, balance workloads and eliminate blockages, and report on performance and escalating issues to workstream managers.
  • Build strong working relationships to ensure effective communication, even whilst working remotely with technical experts, internal stakeholders and the client.
  • Facilitate planning and problem‑solving workshops, drive decision‑making on complex issues.
  • Operate within a hybrid work environment and maintain a 40‑hour working week as standard.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Lean tools and techniques (Collaborative Planning, Visual Management, Last Planner).
  • Experience operating in a civil infrastructure or construction programme/project environment with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with client engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Some experience using task management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Planner), Power Query, PowerApps, PowerBI and/or Power Automate.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Investigative thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Good at managing the production of large work packages, with personal resilience and great organisational skills.
  • Enjoy working with varied teams and clients, fostering a can‑do attitude.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and driven for high quality work, continuous improvement and lessons learned; comfortable constructively questioning accepted norms and always seeking better ways.
