Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define compelling cases for change, analyze impacts, craft adoption strategies, and track effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead core change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, risk analysis, readiness evaluations, resistance management, and rollout of deliverables such as Go‑to‑Market plans, communications, engagement strategies, and training materials.
- Apply tailored methodologies like Prosci ADKAR® to design change strategies, manage dependencies, ensure delivery across programs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across diverse audiences and contexts.

Be part of a high‑visibility global program with real business impact helping support Augmented Delivery, one of the six Strategic Big Bets. Augmented Delivery is funded by the ELT and is essential for driving improvements in delivery across the asset lifecycle to achieve better outcomes for our clients.

Location & Working Arrangement
Whilst the successful postholder can be based anywhere within the UK or Europe, they will remain with their home team and be matrixed onto the design automation programme.

Qualifications & Requirements
- A recognised qualification in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR®, APMG Change Management)
- Solid knowledge of change management principles and proven experience applying them effectively in real‑world environments
- Efficient in applying change metrics and insights within complex or large‑scale transformation programmes
- Demonstrated success in managing a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly where different groups experience varying levels of impact
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- A track record of building trusted, collaborative relationships across teams and functions
- Strong organisational awareness and the ability to navigate dynamic project and programme settings.
- A flexible, team‑oriented approach to working with global colleagues and stakeholders.
