What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the Midlands.
  • Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance.
  • Working across both pre contract and post contract phases.
  • Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience.
  • Consultant level in Quantity Surveying with experience in highways.
  • Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract estimating.
  • Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy + contractor experience).
  • Understanding of data-driven cost management.
  • A proactive mindset: someone who wants to learn, question, and grow.
  • Midlands based - Birmingham | National Highways Schemes.
