What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the Midlands.
- Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance.
- Working across both pre contract and post contract phases.
- Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision-making.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience.
- Consultant level in Quantity Surveying with experience in highways.
- Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract estimating.
- Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy + contractor experience).
- Understanding of data-driven cost management.
- A proactive mindset: someone who wants to learn, question, and grow.
