This role focuses on electrical design for semiconductor manufacturing, data centre facilities, and other state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents.
- Design electrical services packages in Revit & AutoCAD under the direction of a Senior Engineer.
- Coordinate and collaborate in real time with mechanical, structural, architectural, and process disciplines.
- Follow quality and CAD/BIM standards.
- Provide technical support and assistance to Electrical Engineers.
- Analyze and design complex building systems including medium and low voltage power systems, lighting, grounding, process heating, standby generators, and UPS systems.
- Exercise judgment in developing plans or alternatives and work with teams to assure quality plans.
- Perform field activities such as field surveys and design verification.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior designers on a project‑by‑project basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of a technical or associate’s degree/diploma in building services/electrical engineering or a relevant field.
