In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of communities and infrastructure across the UK. Working as part of our Land & Property team, you will support the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects—helping to navigate the critical interface between land ownership, stakeholders, and major development programmes. Your work will directly influence how projects are planned, consented, and delivered, enabling sustainable growth and creating lasting value for society.

L&P are involved in the preparation and delivery of all land related activities and statutory process associated within major development and infrastructure projects across the UK.

We are seeking dynamic individuals who have an interest in joining L&P covering all grades. If you have experience or interest in land survey, land assembly, land agency, real estate, land management, land consenting, agricultural management, land referencing and statutory process or dealing with the complex interface between projects and land interests, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As part of L&P, you will have the chance to lead on some of the most interesting and challenging projects. Our impressive portfolio of work includes an extensive list of major projects and programmes across the UK, in the transport, water, environmental, power and energy sectors, along with an exciting pipeline of potential projects across the globe. At the same time, you will have every opportunity to contribute to the strategy of shaping of our fast-growing team.

What you'll need:

  • Knowledge of land referencing and statutory processes
  • Project management and coordination
  • GIS principles and use
  • Knowledge of land consents, wayleave and utility rights procedures
  • Stakeholder engagement and liaison (homeowners, public bodies, businesses and agricultural)
  • Analysis of legal rights and interests in land
