Jacobs is seeking an Energy & Power Portfolio Manager to oversee work across Ireland and contribute to our broader Energy & Power team. The role involves managing client relationships, developing growth plans, ensuring project delivery, and supporting the team to meet commercial and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of relationships with Irish Energy & Power clients, addressing key issues and coordinating responses to client feedback.
  • Develop and implement growth plans, client engagement strategies, and priority sales activities for Energy & Power clients in Ireland.
  • Ensure appropriate project management controls are in place to support consistent delivery to time, cost and quality expectations.
  • Represent Jacobs within industry settings, supplier reviews and client forums.
  • Deliver operational plans aligned with targets for gross margin, billable hours and revenue, and ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures and quality assurance requirements.
  • Demonstrate visible commitment to Health, Safety and Wellbeing by applying Jacobs and client best practice.
  • Collaborate with Jacobs’ technical teams to pursue opportunities, highlight innovations and broaden our capabilities.
  • Oversee Project Managers to support effective project delivery, including assisting with invoicing and payment activities where required.
  • Support recruitment, development and retention of talented individuals to meet client and business needs.
