What you will do
Join the Jacobs Graduate Development Programme (GDP) and have a meaningful, positive impact on our environments, communities and societies. Through a structured two-year scheme, you will develop across four focus areas: human skills, consulting skills, champion our strategy and your passions. The GDP is designed to reflect your specific interests and career goals, with on-the-job learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking.
The GDP is an experience programme where learning comes from on-the-job experiences. You will work with your manager and mentor to collect meaningful learning opportunities. It is a launchpad for your career, offering tools and support to work on meaningful projects and collaborations with industry leaders to deliver outcomes for complex challenges.
Within Jacobs Construction Advisory, you will support the successful delivery of projects by providing construction input, primarily during the outline design and consent phases. You will assist in creating the construction strategy, phasing, methodology and programme, considering emerging environmental and logistical constraints as well as construction best practices.
The start date for this role is September 2026.
What you\βll need
- Be working towards a Degree or Masters level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent in Logistics
- A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
- Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
- You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
