About The Opportunity
The Jacobs Cities & Places (C&P) team creates thriving places through integrated design. We seek a RIBA Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our UK Architecture team, delivering high‑value solutions across public, defence, transportation, commercial, pharmaceutical and mixed‑use sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and refine design proposals using hand‑sketching, BIM, and traditional media.
- Support architects through all stages of building design and construction, from initial briefing to construction phase delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and Europe, maintaining proactive communication and regular check‑ins.
Qualifications
- Qualified to RIBA Part 1 with an aim to study Part 2.
- Degree in Architecture.
- Strong design skills, flexible self‑starter, adaptable to change, and permanent right to work in the UK.
