Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) – Worthing

Jacobs Steel’s residential sales business continues to thrive across its six offices and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our high performing and market leading team in Worthing.
Our reputation has been built on excellent customer service and a relentless drive to deliver for our clients (this has resulted in over 1500 5* Google Reviews!). We are seeking an individual who enjoys building relationships, has an interest in property and naturally goes the extra mile for their customers.
In return, Jacobs Steel will provide training, on-going support from an established team, leading CRM technology, a clear career path and a financial incentives.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Regular telephone and face to face interaction with clients
- Registering, servicing and building relationships with new and existing buyers
- Liaising with and servicing current vendors
- Organising and accompanying applicants on property viewings
- Assisting with all elements of the property sales process
- Partnering and contacting solicitors to progress sales
The successful candidate will possess:
- A desire to succeed and go the extra mile
- Excellent relationship building skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
