As part of their ongoing success, our client is now seeking two Senior Business Development Managers (SBDMs) to join their team across the UK. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute to exciting projects in the AV sector. Their services include video conferencing, digital signage, LED video walls, and service contracts—delivering cutting-edge solutions in an ever-evolving industry. Role and key responsibilities:
- Develop new opportunities for the sales of meeting, board, and training room integration projects.
- Consistently deliver an on-target performance against an agreed monthly margin target.
- Accurately forecast current month and 3 months pipeline of business opportunities including sales revenue and expected GP.
- Systematically target Corporate accounts using the 'Solution Sales Model', engage and profitably close all sales opportunities for product and services.
- Recognise and close all up-sell opportunities for product and services within the assigned Corporate accounts.
- Preparing tender documents.
- Producing easy to understand quotations and customer technical documents.
- Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Prepare and give proposals to clients.
Skills required:
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within a technology background and a strong employment history demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- A keen interest in technology and some experience of working within the AV Industry with a clear understanding of the AV market.
- Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and own transport.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
Location: Office based in Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday — 09.00hrs - 17.30hrs. (hour for lunch)
