Our client is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join its UK Projects & Deployment team in London. You will be responsible for commissioning, configuring and handing over AV systems, ensuring all audio, video and control platforms perform as designed across high-value corporate and event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments, clients and contractors to support smooth project delivery
- Commission AV systems across electronics, mechanics and optics to meet end-user requirements
- Set up and configure equipment to validate system design and functionality
- Integrate AV systems into client buildings, covering both hardware and software interfaces
- Perform on-site commissioning and system configuration/programming
- Attend client sites to manage service call-outs and carry out maintenance as required
- Represent the business professionally on client sites
- Develop specialist expertise in one or more AV disciplines and act as a technical reference point for colleagues
