A leading international audio visual integrator is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their project delivery team. This role offers responsibility for managing complex AV projects from start to finish within a well-established and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple projects within budget and to the satisfaction of the client
- Monitor progress and performance against programme, identifying, resolving, and escalating issues to minimise delays
- Ensure successful and profitable project execution by following standards, processes, and SOPs
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and contractors
- Ensure H&S documentation is in place and safe systems of work are implemented
- Understand and manage contractual requirements
- Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate and available to support efficient delivery
- Manage system setup elements to prove concept
- Take ownership of project financial management, including invoicing and variations, ensuring timely payment and minimal financial exposure
- Manage the integration of audio visual systems into client buildings, covering both hardware and software interfaces
- Represent the client organisation professionally at a senior level
- Develop specialist expertise in one or more areas of project delivery, acting as a point of reference for others
- Produce project documentation throughout the project lifecycle (programmes of work, reporting, CRM updates)
- Attend pre-tender interviews, supporting sales and estimating activities
