Job Description

Senior AV Account Manager | London | Full Time (42.5 hours per week) We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious London-based organisation for an experienced Senior AV Account Manager to join its professional in-house AV team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in live events, corporate AV or technical production who enjoys working directly with clients to create innovative AV solutions and deliver exceptional event experiences.

The Role Working alongside the AV Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and selling AV solutions while supporting the leadership of an experienced team of AV Technicians.

From initial client consultation through to event delivery, you'll translate technical requirements into practical, commercially successful solutions for live, hybrid and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities Develop tailored AV solutions to meet client requirements.

Prepare technical quotations and proposals.

Identify opportunities to maximise AV revenue through value-added services.

Coordinate specialist equipment hire and technical resources.

Support the planning and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual events.

Assist with the leadership, mentoring and development of the AV technical team.

Oversee AV equipment, stock control and asset management.

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvements across AV services, technology and operational processes.

About You You'll ideally have: Experience in an AV Account Management, AV Sales or Technical Production role.

Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting and hybrid event technologies.

Experience producing AV quotations and managing client relationships.

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and modern collaboration platforms.

Experience with Q-SYS or similar AV control systems would be advantageous.

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Previous experience leading or mentoring AV technicians.
