Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayacriticalroleinensuringthesmoothoperationoftechnicalservicesacrossthecompanyandactasakeytechnicalauthorityforbothinternalteamsandexternalclients.Youllalsoplayavitalroleinshapingthedirectionofourproductresearch,workingdirectlywiththeteamonproductdevelopment,testing,proofofconcept,andsupport. KeyResponsibilities Lead,mentor,andexpandthetechnicalserviceteam,fosteringapositiveandcollaborativeworkculture. Overseethedesign,maintenance,andsupportofaudiosystemsforproductions,rentals,andsystemintegrationprojects. ManageallinternalandexternalITsystemsandinfrastructure(networking,servers,softwarelicensing,backupsystems). Serveastheseniortechnicalauthority,providingexpertguidanceandtroubleshootingforadvancedaudiosystemsacrossliveproductionsandrentalsectors. Developandimplementtechnicalworkflowsandsupportprotocolstoensureexcellentclientservice. Collaboratewithkeymanufacturersontechnicalissuesandadvances. WorkcloselywiththeR&Dteamtodesign,prototype,andtestnewproductsandfeatures. Liaisewithotherdepartmentsandclientstoscope,support,anddeliverprojectstothehighesttechnicalstandards. Drivecontinuousimprovementinsystems,processes,andteamcapability. EssentialSkills&Experience 5+yearsinatechnicalaudioorsystemsengineeringrole. Advancedunderstandingofprofessionalaudiotechnologies(digitalconsoles,wirelesssystems,etc.). Strongunderstandingofprofessionalcommunicationstechnologies(Clear-Com,Riedel,etc.). ExperiencewithITinfrastructuremanagement(WindowsandMacserverenvironments,networking,cybersecuritybasics). Provenexperiencemanagingormentoringateam. Excellentcommunicationskillswithasolutions-orientedmindset. Abilitytoworkunderpressureandsolvecomplextechnicalissuesquickly. Apositive,proactiveattitudeandanabilitytoleadbyexample. Knowledgeofindustry-standardsoftwarelikeDante,QLab,AutoCAD,orVectorworks. Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
